Discovery Call

Agreement & Onboarding

Execute the Master Services Agreement and we get to work. We set up your secure ShareFile portal, configure your HRIS account, collect company and employee data, and build your payroll platform credentials, all within the first two weeks.

First Payroll & Systems Launch

We run a parallel payroll verification, confirm tax filing accuracy, coordinate direct deposit setup, and process your first live payroll cycle. For Package 2 clients, we simultaneously deploy onboarding packets, set up employee files, configure PTO tracking, and deliver your initial policy templates.

Ongoing Administration & Growth

Every month, we process payroll, manage new hires and terminations, coordinate compliance filings, and handle your support tickets.
